This agreement should specify what work will be done, when it will be completed, and what the cost of the work will be.
If you are in need of space in your bathroom, you know that the two things taking it up are usually the bathtub and the sink. If there are few windows make sure to install good lighting and ventilation in your work areas. Equip the space with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Also, other safety items like leather gloves and proper eye protection can be helpful.

For an especially nice effect, hang the mirror across from a wall that is painted or papered in a coordinating-but-different colors.
